Is this related to your other threads about a broken boot partition?
If so, you should probably stop now before you make things any worse.
Write a clean OS to a different SD card and boot from it. Once the first boot stuff has run mount the old SD card in a USB card reader and recover your user data and system config files.
Then take a backup
