Troubleshooting • Random restarts after upgrade to Raspbian OS trixie

I upgraded my
Raspberry Pi Model B Plus Rev 1.2
to the latest raspbian OS and after a couple of days I get unexpected restarts without any valuable information in the logs.
I am using the
Official Raspberry Pi 5 USB-C powersupply with a usb-c to micro-usb converter so I highly doubt this is the problem since this was working without any issues before the OS upgrade. Any tips for troubleshooting?
