MotioneyeOS was fine with the Zero and camera, it was back before we had much more RAM. You basically clocked fast stream and it uses hardware and worked ok.
All I am thinking is MotioneyeOS stopped being developed ages ago, don't think the Zero2W ever worked with it.
There were some spinoffs trying to patch it and then update it to Python3 (which should age it).
So which MotioneyeOS are you using?
I think Jawsper had a Zero2W spinoff build, quick check and nothing seems to have changed 2020 is still the last build.
