Official Display • Make display smaller to stop text spilling off the screen

Raspberry 5 and 7" 400p display.
I fixed most settings so windows now do not spill over the screen border.
I can Alt drag some windows.
Some Apps, uses infinite scroll within the virtual space, and Alt drag will not work, as I can not see the
full window, where there are the open files, settings, etc.

At https://elinux.org/RPiconfig there is this few lines of code that I haven't yet tried.
Is there some more default system apps that I could install that could help me
resizing the screen so Apps and windows will not overflow and stick over the screen border?
I first used setting for small screen but only when set to large screen the system windows finally
opened without spilling over.
How can I make the maximum resolution 400p effective for all apps???
