You are using an expert mode command. The output format is very lightly documented. You are expected to know how to work with this if you use rpicam-raw.And in my opinion there HAS to be a way to use the files which are obtained with rpicam-raw.
Or does this command simply only produce useless trash? Whats the meaning of this command then?
If you want a raw image you can actually read, use the command as documented in Capture raw images:
