Then got any better ideas? Cant make UPNP or SMB public. FTP and NFS doesnt work even by LAN. Cant use Kodi because my server has no video output. But i didnt think about http server earlier lol. Might be only solution
Run a VPN server on your Pi. Then run Samba/NFS/SFTP over that.
Won't solve CGNAT or dynamic IP issues. Still needs port forwarding on your router.
Samba, NFS, FTP, etc should work over your LAN but only if installed on your Pi and properly configured. If you enable ssh you get SFTP for free.
