The little I've played with my Zero under Bookworm I think Bullseye is better (but then again Stretch seems way faster). Not a good way to go though and something I would not recommend for open systems.... other guys on internet that the can play youtube video on Pi Zero 2. Also, any complex app takes a lot of time to run... I think all you can do with the Zero 2 is to use it headless with OS Lite for some task that does not require graphical interface...
Memory limits can be a killer - a larger swap space and fast SD Card can mitigate (but not fix).
If the YouTube video needs transcoding you can go have a cup of tea between frames some days - dropping resolution or changing source codec can help but it's not something I would do.
Browsers are machine hogs - VLC is lighter for video playback esp if the file is local and transcoded to something that is the correct size / codec (try 640x360 H.264 was the last ones I knew played well).
Then again - what do you expect for £15? It's a great tool for Linux education, learning about control with the GPIO and onboard WiFi as a bonus but if I surf its 'out with the Mac'
