ok ive got the pico to light the LED but thats it... keep getting this error message

[CYW43] Failed to start CYW43

i used google to help me get this far but it seems there is a power management problem or something
Do you actually have a PICO W?

CYW43 is the wifi chip and its used to blink the LED on a W board but I think the non wifipico uses a completely different code.

See https://projects.raspberrypi.org/en/pro ... the-pico/3 There are 4 different micro pythons

If you don't put the right one on the board it simply wont work (properly).
They already figured it out. No, it was a Pico H not a Pico W. Mistaken identity. LED is now flashing using tge correct Micropython.

See above:
ok just noticed after going through that last link that was sent. my pico dosent was pico w on it.. it says pico h is this a different chip and im using the wrong uf2 file on it
This has been resolved.
