i know its just libcamera streaming usb cameras are more easyer !Won't solve your problem due to the lack of audio support (which I had forgotten) but I just reinstalled tiny-rtsp-server and it still works extremely well as it did the first time I tested it.and this is old tiny-rtsp-server[ not working anymore
gstreamer is also realy good for video streaming !
