Thanks everyone for the replies - I'll try to answer the questions that came up.

Office equipment is about 50/50 ethernet and wifi connections.

The guests all connect via wifi.

Wifi is TP-Link Archer Air R5 router with several E5 extenders throughout the buildings.

Location is USA, Illinois

I have also considered using a managed network switch with an integrated DHCP server built in.

I'm still digesting everyone's replies and considering my options. I've got a few months to accomplish this goal, so nothing urgent.
