I ran my RPi5 with NVME from a 27W PSU & it showed me the under powered symbol, I then attached my 45W PSU & it worked, without showing under powered symbol - that is why I asked the OP.

Yeah.
Curious though. Better regulation under full load or less voltage drop in the cable I guess.
