I am having a lot of trouble with the ARM GCC that is delivered with Ubuntu 24. It gives bigger binaries compared to compiling with Ubuntu 22, probably because it does not use the newlib library. Could you please add an option in pico_setup.sh to remove the currently installed ARM GCC compiler and replace by the latest with the newlib library?
