It is a PI5
I've just bought the 45W official PSU to replace my official 27W official PSU that was working for years.... no change.
I move the Pi next to my TV to boot it with HDMI plugged in. Got this error.

I've move the disk from lower USB3.0 to upper USB3.0... and it works (at least once....) back in my server room, back to the drawing board, it only boots from USB2.0.
So :
- USB2.0 : always work
- USB3.0 : only worked once on the upper port
