Hi,
I'm having an issue with my Raspberry Pi 5 after a small SMD component came off the underside of the board, near the camera connector (close to test point TP67). Since then, the camera is no longer detected by the system. Here how it should look
The Pi 5 boots up normally HDMI, USB, networking all works.
Only the power LED lights up Orange instead of green.
The camera (AZDelivery Camera) worked perfectly before this happened.
The missing component is located between TP67/TP44 on the bottom of the board.
I’m not sure whether the part is a resistor, capacitor, or something else — but it's small, dark-colored.
My questions:
Can anyone identify what the missing part is (value, type, function)?
Could this single missing part prevent the camera from working?
Would that also explain the LED?
Does anyone have a board view or schematic for the Pi 5 that covers this area?
Any help would be hugely appreciated — I’d love to get this board working again if possible.
Thanks in advance!
