I have multiple python codes for my project on raspberry pi 4. How do I compile multiple codes or make a top module?

While I'm not clear in what you mean by 'multiple python codes', the typical way to combine different files together is to use IMPORT. However, this normally means that the files IMPORTED are setup as MODULES as noted above.
