I’ve tried powering a Pi 4 from LiPo before — you’ll want at least a 3A boost converter at 5V, especially if you’re running a screen or doing emulation.
Modules like PowerBoost 1000C work well, or a TP4056 + MT3608 combo if you're going DIY.
