No, you can only use Imager to set options when writing an image to a device. You can't use it to change or set options after the image has been written.can I jump straight to that 'writer' button option in Pi Imager.
It's assumed that if you have configured and written an image correctly, you will be able to log in and make any further changes*
If you can't log in, then you can write a new image with different settings.
The imager writes a file with the configuration settings which is processed on first boot and then deleted.
* It may still be possible to enable SSH by writing a file called "ssh" or "ssh.txt" to the boot partition of the storage media.
