1) I have tried that, it give the error about the deb file and then asks to run the fix broken command.1) i always use "sudo apt full-upgrade". handles dependencies, etc... "apt upgrade" does not.
2) have you tried "Try 'apt --fix-broken install' " as the output suggests?
2) 'apt --fix-broken install' = ' apt install -f': see error message above.
