Hello Raspberry Pi community! First time ever getting into the world of the Pi's.
Before buying a Raspberry Pi 5 4GB, I wanted to know something...
There is a 5-Pack of copper heatsinks around the internet (I'm from Chile so I'm buying it from a Chilean site but I've seen it being sold on amazon and US sites) and I wanted to know if these are compatible with the Official Fan W/ Heatsink. As in- can I use them at the same time? Or do I need to use one or the other?
Also, if I can't use them together, nor replace the heatsink of the fan with the copper ones, which would be better? The copper heatsinks with a third-party fan, the copper heatsinks on their own, or the official fan with it's heatsink?
Thanks for reading and I await your responses

Hello and welcome
I have several Raspberry Pi5's 1x 16GB and 2x 8GB because I know that Aluminium is a better heat-sink then copper from being an electrician and tinkering with electronics I would first say Do NOT use the copper ones. I'm not saying they wont work but there dissipation rate is much lower then Aluminium. Aluminium heats quick but it cools quick especially with a fan pulling the heat from it. If you purchase a Transistor it will normally come with an Aluminium heat-sink attached to it. I bought 3 of the Raspberry Pi5 after market Fan/Heat-Sink's and they work very well. I tried the ones that came with the Raspberry's with the little thermo pads that the individual heat sinks mount on top of and found the this one works great. https://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-Pi5-T ... FPV63B1XE It isn't expensive and I don't even hear it when its running unlike the ones that come with the actual Raspberry Pi's which I'm sure are fine but IMHO the after market one is better.
Thank you
