I usually do I used Imager to install Bookworm 64-bit Lite on a32GB card and booted a Pi4 4GB from it. Login via SSH and do the update/full-upgrade (104 updates) as above. All OK
- it does take a long time on "update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-6.12.20+rpt-rpi-v8"
