Forgive me if I have missed something but from my perspective, the question of "literally simultaneous" could be somewhat of a red herring for the present, until the OP decides what they mean by "measure Power". If for example the the power demand of the 4 devices is reasonably slow to change they could sample 1 after the other in a loop and still have an accurate result. Indeed it could be, in the extreme case, that if the 4 devices were either on or off and always used the same power when on (although each of the 4 might use different amounts than the other 3) then all he would need to do is check if they were on or off and do a calculation. Alternatively, if he was only interested in the cost implication of the power, they could measure the aggregate using some sort of monitor (like on of the Shelly devices mentioned above, for example). I am assuming from what he says that they are interested in more detail than that or presumably they would not have asked the question in the way they did.
