There are currently no sensors connected. Only the MotorDriver and the Display is connected to the RaspberryPi. The MotorDriver is connected like the picture shows, but this problem also accures when the driver is not connected!

i2cdetect -y 1
your 'motor driver' is based on a PCA9634. A look at the data sheet would have told you that 0x15 is the slave address and 0x70 is the 'all-call' address of the device - see page 7 of https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/PCA9634.pdf

If these addresses were fluctuating I would check the wiring. And make sure the jumper on the motor drier is in 3.3V position. https://joy-it.net/files/files/Produkte ... _05_15.pdf
