A small 110V compared to a high 230V? For example?I've never needed any voltage, copper tape works 100% so I would imaging bare copper wire would probably also work.
However to answer your question, put a 1k resistor in series with 5V, I doubt its a shock, more like a taste similar to putting a small voltage on your tongue (not that I'd suggest putting any mains powered device on your tongue)..
I wonder if you could use an ADC and then analyse the voltage and determine the slug or quantity of slugs trying to cross and have a nice munch and then ... Too much?
Must get an AI hardware for some ML in there too?
