I'm pretty sure you have tried erasing/flashing the eMMC via rpiboot already, did you?

Try flashing i.e. the mass storage gadget (https://github.com/raspberrypi/usbboot/ ... /README.md) via rpiboot to See if you can access the eMMC at all.
