https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0556/ ... 1725870016 has the instsllation instructions which shows/explains how to mount the PCIe connection cable.

Show us pictures how you did it. Th4 drive you've bought is not on their compatibility list - https://argon40.com/products/argon-neo- ... berry-pi-5 - so there is a risk it doesn't work in the case.

Is your Pi unable to boot at all or isn't it only unable to boot from NVMe? Get a https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentati ... probe.html i.e., connect it to the 3-pin UART connector of the Pi5 and look at the bootloader log data.
Anyhow, would recommend to boot from uSD until your NVMe is confirmed working. Boot yout OS, check the PCIe bus which devices are there. Look at the kernel log data, etc.

Not every drive is working! Recommendation is to make use of one which is stated on your third party hardware suppliers compatibility list (i.e. Pimoroni has one, argon has one, seen also one from others) -> not seen your drive listed on any of them!
