I think they'll allow return of an open box marked as complete (but not) or find the missing part.It's the main ring on the cam from that link. The one that adapts to cs/c mount and has grooves on the outside. Attached is what I'm talking about. I bought it from microcenter. It was open box, but listed as complete for a $5 discount so I didn't think anything of it when I got home, but I don't believe they accept returns for open box stuff so I was looking to acquire a replacement ring, or an stl I can 3d print as I have a resin and filament printer.Provide a picture. Where did you buy it from?
