On the instructions with the cooler; it says, something like; "Do not attempt to remove the cooler once fitted."

I wonder why that might be?

TIM might get damaged and is no longer usable/performance get's derated.
Anyhow, did that a few times already. If one works carful and slow there should be no issue.

thank you . glad to see you helping me . yes i using from non usable old mother board with same size and same length and height " push pins " now it is fit heatsink on board and temp is good to 60 or 63 C with cpu stress around 10 min .
