One conclusion that might be drawn is that you need to approach the developer/maintainer of your chosen 3rd-party Operating System to discuss with them why their Distribution is not compatible with your unspecified model of Raspberry Pi microcomputer.

(Because you appear to have proven that your Raspberry Pi hardware functions as expected when booted into an OS provided by and supported by Raspberry Pi themselves.)
