Beginners • Need confirmation: Basic wiring diagram for GPIO Inputs

I just feel very confused right now and I wanted to quickly check whether I'm running into the right direction, before I start soldering. I have a very basic setup of GPIO IN-/Outputs. All clear with the outputs, but I'm struggling with the inputs.

• The example input is a magnet switch, just turning on/off.

• I want to use Pull-Up Resistors.

• I want to use Ceramic condensators to minimize interferences.

Simple question: Does the following diagram make sense?
