You have to make sure your new router uses the same SSID and PWD as before and everything will work as before as long as you configured your RPi3A+ to use DHCP
If you can't do this it's getting complicated
If you have enabled ssh access you can setup another system with an AP with the old SSID and PWD and same networking settings to access the system to update networking setting. If you don't have enabled ssh access you have to use the much more complicated TTL2USB way t get access to your Raspberry and update the networking settings.
