Lining up on the microSD card side and the two new JSTs on the side require some "iterations" whereas the USB and RJ-45 are pretty much squares and easily estimated. It is a pity though that the OnShape translation of STEP (or whatever was used to output the STEP) file are not in sync. This is not the first time (Arduino files too) that OnShape has had issues with STEP files. And, of course, my knowledge of OnShape leaves a lot to be desired too.
The main reason for my pursuit for a custom case is that I'm waiting for the official accessories for the PCIe and PoE interfaces. Then there is the option of holding the RTC battery too instead of relying on stickiness.
