Are you sure you're power-on sequence is correct?
I'm under the impression you're missing something.
One can find a RM69330 data sheet here https://ifan-display.com/wp-content/upl ... ersion.pdf
Had a look at several of these OLED's - pretty much the same copy&pasted data sheets, some have a init sequence, others don't.
this one matches the values which you've added to your driver.I will leave it to you to
- check them for plausibility against the TCON spec
- get your power-on sequence fixed
I've not checked if that one will let the display run on a single lane MIPI-DSI or on SPI interface!
